The customer agrees not to use Lippem to send unsolicited communications (spam), illegal or misleading content, content that infringes third-party rights, or for purposes that violate the terms of connected messaging platforms.
2. Consent and channel rules
The customer must obtain required consent, respect opt-out requests and not initiate unsolicited messages. On WhatsApp, business-initiated messages must use approved templates and comply with applicable windows and rules.
3. Artificial intelligence use
The customer is responsible for reviewing whether uploaded knowledge and automated replies are appropriate for their business. Lippem provides mechanisms for handoff to a human agent.
